DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Kate Planche London either by email or phone call strictly within fourteen days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser’s Credit / Debit Card.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within fourteen days of date of invoice to KPL at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to KPL at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods KPL reserves the right not to accept their return. KPL will refund your purchase price to you in full within seven days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to OTHER/shop and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
